YOU'RE NOT A BAD MOTHER..
You're Just Overloaded
Wholehearted Magic is a space where mothers can find tools, inspiration, and support to thrive. Together, we uncover the beauty in every challenge and embrace the magic hidden within.
At Wholehearted Magic, we truly believe that you and your children are already whole, just as you are.
Our mission is to empower you to discover and embrace the WholeHearted Magic hidden inside you and your child, while navigating your parenting journey.
Through compassionate support, practical tools, premium resources and a nurturing community, we help you move from overwhelm to empowerment. Together, we can uncover the beauty in every moment and the magic hidden within.
How Are You Supported?
WholeHearted Magic is both a blog and a supporting YouTube Channel to help provide a different perspective on the balancing act of raising children.
We offer free templates and paid premium printable resources that you can use to help gain clarity on what's working and what's not so that you can adapt.
We understand that, as a parent, quite frequently there is no time or mental bandwidth left for your personal development and welfare, resulting in you feeling constantly exhausted and overwhelmed with what seems like an impossible balancing act in life.
Our goal is to help you rediscover who you are as an individual, separate from your parenting journey, and develop yourself personally so you are better equipped to help your child and wider family live peacefully, regardless of your child's neurotype.
Our Focus Points
Here at WholeHearted Magic, I fully believe that we mothers have everything inside us to succeed at life...sometimes it's just a little buried beneath the overwhelming piles of stuff that we've got going on in our lives, raising a family.
Because of the constant balancing act of being everything to everyone, it's really easy to lose sight of who you are as an amazing individual. I've created gentle, grounded support around the four areas mothers most need calm and clarity to help with this.
These pillars shape every tool, reset and resource that I create. Get in touch if there's something specific you need, and we can see what we can come up with for you.
Mindset support here goes beyond positive thinking.
It’s about expanding your awareness of what’s shaping your experience — from your environment and emotions to energy and perspective.
You’ll learn how to work with both practical reframes and universal laws to reset your relationship with the moment — in a way that supports your nervous system, not overwhelms it.
You know your child best, but it can feel exhausting to keep fighting for what they need.
I offer tools, scripts, and checklists to lighten that emotional load — so you can advocate with clarity and calm, without burning out.
As parents, the last thing you normally think about is yourself.
Here we prioritise your wellbeing as a parent, because let's face it...what's going to happen if you get sick or hurt?
Let's face it - you matter too! You'll find small, real-life ways to refill your cup, without pressure or perfection, even on the hardest days.
Strength-Based Focus
Let’s shift the story from “what’s wrong” to “what’s strong.”
Whether you're raising a neurodiverse or neurotypical child, we explore both your strengths and your child's — so you can lead with love, not just survive the chaos.
When you begin to recognise how your natural presence positively shapes your child, it becomes easier to see the gifts in them too — and that changes everything.
A note from Mel
Wholehearted Magic was born from my journey striving to create a life of balance, peace, and growth, not just for myself but for my family and anyone else who could use a hand.
As a mother raising both a neurodiverse and neurotypical teen, while juggling work and family life, I’ve been on this path for a long time—the balancing act is something that I'm very familiar with! Sure, I don't always get it right, but I've learned a heck of a lot along the way.
If I can help just one parent avoid some pain and heartache with some of the things that I've picked up along the way, then it's all worth it to me.
Here, you’ll find more than resources—you’ll find a community that sees you, understands you, and celebrates your unique journey.
Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you on this path.
With love,
Mellissa
